A second year B.com student has been arrested by kolkata police.

As per the police ,the student is accused of inciting hatered and encouraging criminal activity by alleglly.

police said they recived a complaint that the student uploaded three instagram stories related to the rape and murder case a RG kar medical college and hospital allegedly disclosing victims name and identity.

the accused person also shared two stories aginst the CM of west bengal containing offensive comments and threats , to her life claimed kolkata police officially investigaion into the case is in progress .

the student has been also write the complaint .

the student has been booked under BNS section 351{1}and 352, dealing with an international insult with intent to provenced breache of peace , and sector 72 and 79 which deal with words gesture and acts intended to insult the modesty of a woman.

kolkata police :

kolkata police have already sent two notice  prominent doctors and a senior BJP leader asking them to appear at the police head quarters as part of efforts to address the unlowfeel , disclouser of the victims identity and the spread of mis information on social media.

police have reportedly been sending ;

notice to several people for allegedly either reaviling the identity of the victim or sharing , misinformation respectively police said .

DR kunal sarkar said , who was accused revealing the victims identity denied the allegation  . i have never revealed the name or identity of the victim .  i have question about this case and it is an attemt to stop people from sharing their against sarkar told a news channel.
